An Illustration concept based on 'Varuna', the hindu god of the sea. Shown in this illustration are the various elements he commands including his mount, the mythical sea creature Makara, which is typically half-mammal, and half fish. I started it out as a rough sketch, and then inked it out with pigment liners.
