 Background
XXX Fashion Brand is a new budget fashion retail set to hit the high street in early 2012. Their range will encompass all styles and ages of fashion from baby and children through to women’s and men’s formal tailoring to high street fashion, casual wear and swimwear.

Aim
XXX want to position themselves at the forefront of ‘fast fashion’, providing their customers with continual updates in range of clothes available. They boast that they will be able to provide catwalk inspired fashion in-store as early as 6 weeks after being seen on the runway. Fashion over price is the key message the brand wishes to communicate


Objectives
Our task for this project was to take one of the departments which we’ve been given and develop a brand for them, encompassing the identity elements and key applications of the brand. The primary manifestation of the brand will be the clothing swing tickets but it will also be launched in the press, social networking sites and in the in-store environment itself.

The brand need to shout out against the fierce competition found on the high street and help XXX to stand out not only as the cheapest destination but ‘the greatest fashion event on earth’.

Who is is for?
Fashion/budget conscious shoppers, who are savy and look for bargains to complement their wardrobes. Budget shoppers who want to look on trend but don’t have the budget for designer price tags. Primarily female buyers between the ages of 18-40.
