I need to design an interview book, so for my interview subject, I selected Ming Gor, who is the owner of Pei Ho Barbecue Restaurant and considered a hero. Healways offers his helping hand to the poor, and has been distributing meals to the needy of Sham Shui Po for the past five years. I went to interview him and took photos of his restaurant, which help understand his story. I also joined Ming Gor in distributing meals to the underprivileged in Sham Shui Po. For my interview book, I choose a landscape format because it is easier to hold. I selected dark colors to show the misery and yellow to represent the hope Ming Gor gives the poor. The only colors present in the photos are of the people, in order to give them the attention they deserve.
