Through a company called imPress marketing, I was given the opportunity to do some design work for Macy's department store events. Most of it was 22x28 posters, 4'x8' backdrops for stage events and several different types of outdoor banners. The most fun project with them was redesigning the look of their standard event posters. They wanted an updated look, below is a sample of the old design and my new design.

This was the layout that Macy's was using when I started to do work for them. Eventually, they asked for me to come up with an updated look for the standard event poster. Below is the design that I came up with for them.
This is the new design that I had created for Macy's event posters. They ended up using this design for somewhere between 4 to 5 years before they had another in house source come up with the new look they are using now.
This was an outdoor banner that I created for Macy's Jazz event in Cincinnati.
One of the really fun events to work on was the Pink Pig event. This happened once a year at Christmas time. For this project, I would layout just about all of the graphics for the event, even the tickets to get in. One year I was able to create the art for a custom balloon print.
