St. Andrew's Academy
St. Andrew’s is a collaborative branding project for a private preparatory school rooted in Scottish heritage. Although historically traditional, the school has a progressive ideology and technology-driven curriculum. We utilized the historical connotations of a shield by giving it a progressive aesthetic. St. Andrew’s also wanted a new mascot to clear up the confusion brought on by being the Saints while being cheered on as the Lions. The students were tired of their dull status of the Saints, and voted for a mascot that represented their intensity, courage, and sportsmanship, the lion. We instilled those characteristics in our design of the mascot.
