The Quad is a nonprofit community space that is built in an area where grade school students (grades 1-6) can gather for after school activities or weekend gatherings. The space will be supervised by local volunteers. Many school areas, especially in NYC,  lack green playgrounds, and outdoor space due to funding as well as safety for the children. The Quad is a space that provides the safety of an indoor space while giving children a space of their own to be themselves, play outside, and express their creativity.
