DEER AND SCREW

It was a spring morning. The sun shone high in a clear blue sky as a group of ciangottavano birds merrily in the branches of a tall oak tree. A beautiful deer fawn from the surface beautifully, quiet cropping the grass of a vast expanse located on the edge of a small farm. That very day, a big bear and an old dog decided to capture a deer to keep locked up in the farm fence to cheer their pups. So, wandering through the fields, they saw by chance the animal grazing serene.

Wasting no time, they ran to meet him to grab him, but fortunately he, understanding the situation on the fly, launched into a frantic race to escape the clutches of their insidious. Not far away was growing, quietly caressed by the warm rays of the sun dominating the sky, a magnificent wild vine full of branches and clusters of grape juicy and ripe.

The deer decided to hide in the shade of the thick tangle of leaves, confident that no one would ever be able to locate it. In fact, when the bear and the dog passed were not able to see him and went over. Reassured by the narrow escape, the animal breathed a sigh of relief and was tempted by the good perfume that emanated the screw, began nibbling its grapes and its tasty leaves. It was at that moment that the dog became aware of his presence: listening carefully he had been able to distinguish the strange noise and, retracing his steps he could see the deer chewing the vineyard heedless of the danger. For the prey he was no longer escape you. Both the hunters jumped on him and captured him without difficulty dragging it up to their farm.

From that day on, the poor deer was forced to graze only within an enclosure becoming an attraction for puppies who admired him amused. And all because of his greed.

Sometimes, premature certainties, they become very dangerous delusions. Never underestimate the danger until it is not really past.
