Wipro in Africa, wanted to address the importance of Business Resilience to its C-level employees occupying key positions in the region. Wipro wanted to send a DM to select officals to illustrate the same. 

 

Business Resilience as a term refers to the ability an organization to quickly adapt to disruptions while maintaining continuous business operations and maintain its integrity. 

 

 

The overarching design language took inspiration and influences from traditional African art, to create an authentic feel to the project. This trickled over to the box design and the project report that it carried along with the DM.

The idea for DM was to use a Tangram puzzle. The tangram is a dissection puzzle consisting of seven flat shapes, called tans, which are put together to form shapes. The objective of the puzzle is to form a specific shape (given only an outline or silhouette) using all seven pieces, which may not overlap.

This puzzle draws parallel to the idea of adaptability and flexibility in taking different shapes and forms, just as the term business reselience does.
