Rebranding "Mandarin" Chinese Restaurant

My brief for this project was to re-brand a local business to give them a fresh but still traditional feel.

In order to do this I performed some research into chinese culture to ensure that I used the most appropiate colours, which I found to be red and an off-white parchment paper. I took inspiration from Chinese New Year as I found this to be a celebration of the people and the colours were eye-catching whilst still being in-keeping with the restauraunts asthetics.

Once I had decided on the colours I then looked at how I could re-brand the menu to ensure that this was simple, but portrayed elegance to entice customers inside.

As you can see from the before and after pictures, re-designing the menu meant it is far less cluttered and has a more upmarket feel.
