A few years ago, one of my friends ask me to draw some cartoon characters for a large format banner. the target audiences were kids and it was a part of pedestrian safety program, so I decided to create two lovely police officer for him.

I just used Adobe photoshop and my old genius pen tablet and also some inspirations.

Finally he was very happy with the results and said "Kids really like these characters. they like take pictures with these characters"
