Senior Art Direction, Creative Project Team Lead
As the senior art director on this piece, I worked with our senior graphic designer in a supervisory and mentoring role; approving creative and providing feedback, changes and tweaks. By allowing the senior designer come up with the creative concept for this and similar projects, I empower and collaborate with seasoned creative personnel, trouble shooting as needed and allowing an atmosphere for effective concept development.
Other stakeholders involved in the execution of this project include the creative manager, layout artists, art buyers, set designers, photography team, copywriters, and marketing representatives - all working together to ensure the piece meets all creative, branding and strategic marketing objectives.
