This video was created for the William Jewell College Cross Country and Track & Field programs to recruit more prospective athletes. Cardinal Diem is a play on the saying Carpe Deim which means to "seize the day." At Jewell we use it to get excited for the day because everyday is a great day to be a cardinal!
