City Cycle is a well known fixture in the San Francisco cycling community. Having two shops, one in San Francisco and one in Marin county they needed a kit refresh for both tourists looking for a souvenir and for the people who form the loyal customer base.
The "tourist" jersey goes without needing an explanation other than people love to show that they visited or rode in an iconic area. The standard shop kit was designed with inspiration of nautical flags on boats in the bay just feet out the front door of the Marin County shop. We added a contemporary blue to the existing black and red color palette to expand the new look without going the way of the flouro trend of the time.
