Service system for food delivery

Lunch Gathering is a food delivery service for small companies. It provides varied catering menus to be shared at least between 2 people. The thermo packaging that contains the food can be collected and used again. The following maps and diagrams show the flow of the service and how the system works.
 
 
- USER JOURNEY -
The user journey displays a timeline of the various actions that users go through. From discovering the service, to the after use of it. The user journey also shows how the service is experienced by the users; what kind of values the service provides and the touch-points of interaction between the users and the service.
The user journey is an analytical tool to explore and define each phases of the usage of a service from the user's perspective. At the same time it works on many levels, as it takes into consideration many factors (actions, touch-points, values, experience).
 

- VALUES MAPS -
Mapping values is relevant to investigate the reciprocal benefits exchange among the main actors involved in the service.


- SERVICE BLUEPRINT -
service blueprint is a technical description of the service. It must be read both vertically and horizontally. It provides a systemic overview of all the actions and connections that take place among the various actors involved in the service.
It describes how the service should be implemented and should be constantly revised to improve the service performances.
