Brooklands is one of Places for People’s flagship developments on 360-acre Brooklands site in Milton Keynes and is the largest residential development projectin area.
The £500m developmentwill see 2,500 new homes built over the next ten years, alongside new primary and secondary schools, commercial spaces and extensive parkland.
Over the next 10 years at Brooklands will see three new schools, shops and offices,and all of this will be surrounded by 73 acres of parkland landscaped areas,sports facilities and countryside walks.
We're currently building the first phase of homes ranging from two bedroom apartments and mews cottages to five bedroom detached homes, overlooking 39 acres of parkland with 30,000 trees. The project was highly commended at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards for Best Family Home in May 2012.
