This was a furniture course where we had to design a stool comfortable for the user, occupies less space, can be used for different purposes and still be very simple in design.

What i came up with was a model of a simple stool made out of dovetails which has magazine\newspaper space at the bottom and also can be rotated in any direction to fit the need and use of the user as well as the ambience.

Turning the stool sideways still makes it a stool, it makes it a multipurpose stool and in technical terms makes it a reversible furniture which can be used from any side.
