Besides, the structure is planned as sophisticated center, therefore there are lots of openning and directed lines between the Mother Teresa Square and around.
About the structure, it represents new methods and modernity. Its reputation will be built by people who love and live in Tirana because of even the structure shape is stabile, social relations are not. Therefore, social history evaluates itself faster than structure itself. That is the point to start planning.
Thereafter problems analyzed and the main problem in the square is the no-humanity precense that everyone can find there. To solve this problem and give a personal reason to go there, this project suggests two opposed ways to answer .
