In this project we learned to create custom patterns to use for an added effect on our future artworks. In this piece I went ahead and went for a woven piece of fabric with threaded diamonds. If you're familiar with sear sucker fabrics then you may get this as the diamonds are supposed to tug on the fabric some. At the bottom right corner I applied a sewn part were I added my name in a font that appears to be threaded into the fabric itself. The overall composition has a radial effect, brght from the center and then darker as it reaches out.
