We approached it by having the target audience being the family and friends of victims. We found out that a little care for victims of bullying could mean a lot to them. Thus we wanted to spread the message that "your little action matters" to family and friends. 
Synopsis
 
The video shows a silhouette of a person being bullied and how the person fell into the darkenss and hopelessness. However, when someone showed a little care and concern, it made a big difference to the victim, signifying the hope to any victims of bullying.
