CHALLENGE
DHL is the biggest delivery company in the world. But most people consider DHL as a boring B2B delivery company and use another competitive services.
 
IDEA
Some parcels include more than just goods, it also bring emotions. We decided to help people to express their feelings for recipients and created a new service – Express Emotions.
 
SOLUTION
We added a special «Express Emotions» button to the shipping form on the DHL website. Using this button people recorded a video message with webcam for recipient. Then we placed videos on closed YouTube channel, generated a QR-code, printed it on a special blank with a name of recipient and put inside a parcel.
