Swinton Gallery presents WOB -White on Black- a group show with thirteen both national and international artists, that will be on view from February 19th to April 9th 2016.

 

Alaniz (Argentina), Sam3 (Spain), David de la Mano (Spain), Suso33 (Spain), Pablo S. Herrero (Spain), Don Forty (Greece), Essu (Japan), Blaqk (Greece), Deno y Sins (Spain), Seikon (Poland), Tim Barnard (Canada) y Por Favor (Spain).

 

“WOB” is a group exhibition that explores the pictorial possibilities of the absence of colorful elements. Art works in black and white, small and medium format, created on different media such as canvas, paper, wood, cardboard, and video .

 

The exhibition "White On Black" brings together the work of thirteen artists from four continents that work with this basic contrast. The range of styles go from realistic figuration to geometric abstraction, as well as tattoo, ephemeral art, stencil, calligraphy and illustration.
