Marco Rubio's run for president was one of the hardest projects that I've ever taken on. I needed to figure out a way to put a contemporary spin on a campaign that was up against the likes of Donald J. Trump and potentially the first female president, Hillary Clinton. What I decided to do was tie in pop culture, positive imagery and combine the two. The striking image of Marco being portrayed as Captain America almost instantly grabbed potential voters attention and went viral very quickly.
