The card is created to be mailed to our clients, friends and family for Chinese New Year 2015. We played up the concept of abundance and achieve a modern interpretation of traditional Chinese elements. The card is designed with a gate fold to give a sense of anticipation, loosely based on the idea of opening up to a brand new year. It reveals a pair of carp, this iconic Chinese animal symbol represents unity, which is also reflective of our name. It also symbolizes an abundance of good fortune and luck, a well wishing message we want to send in the new year. Because of the festivities, a golden pearl paper was chosen to add a tinge of golden-yellow and accentuate the richness of the printed illustration.
