This is some experimental work I did for the Alzheimer's Association. I created several postcards and one large poster by blending two things I love: old photographs I found at an antiques store, and modern computer technology. The graphic elements are meant to subtly show the progression of the degenerative mental disease, which also obscure and highlight certain elements of the photograph to create a sense of longing and nostalgia. Each postcard has a different quotation on the back that connect with the photograph on the front, illuminating the history or story behind the people in the photograph.
