A retail store and donation center in the Happy Valley region of North Phoenix. The store was developed for Goodwill of Central Arizona as a prototype for stores to be developed in new retail complexes. Goodwill was going through a design upgrade to provide better looking stores for patrons. Skylights and clear stories light the merchandise, facilitating the movement of product.
