The historic shavers project for Shavers.co.uk consisted of the photography and retouching of the companies archive of electric shavers from the past sixty years.

 

Of particular importance was to ensure the final photographs presented the product as it would have been at release which necessitated removal of dust, scratches and wear-and-tear from the products. Also some of the materials had deteriorated from manufacture, in particular plastics yellowing and cracking from age.

 

By giving its customers the opportunity to see these products in perfect condition, Shavers.co.uk was able to establish it's over fifty year history, provide unique content and promotional content which its competitors were not able to match or surpass.
