In my first semester English IV class, we happened to cover a lot of dystopian literature... which has become one of my favorite book topics ever, once we read both Brave New World by Aldous Huxley and 1984 by George Orwell. Of course, I found it odd that such an amazing book hadn't seen a very recent reprint, since it has become a key component to our current curriculum... so for our "digital media artifact" project, I re-created this book's cover, with a twist of my own. I should note that the city background was not an original creation of my own work, but I did do some editing to it. I don't think Rosetta Books will be republishing this novel with my edit of the cover, but I certainly hope this book stays within curriculum for a long time to come. If you haven't read this book for yourself, I highly suggest it!
