"Privilege Watercolor"

 

This was a design for the boxart for Privilege and Mat/Tech. I've improved on my faces in paint since then, but I do still quite enjoy this piece. It was one of the first times I loosened up in watercolor to play with texture and it's a trend that has continued. I'm now taking what I learned here into my Oracle deck.

 

I did a special addition box with different art in woodburn, but I still quite like this original art. The dog creature looks so distinguished, and the elven companion is quite devious. She has a lot of the personality you can see in the image with the spymaster card in the ink wash set.
