Through user data and usability testing, I helped design data dashboards for cPrime's training department. The dashboards consisted of: Transaction and refund logs, refund functionality, event lists, customer activity and more.This sped up our call center agents, which resulted in faster customer response time. This was an actual design implemented while at cPrime.
