A sketch for the cover of the novel I'm writing, but the story is getting a different emphasis so this pen and ink drawing ends up in the portfolio with the rest. The visual idea came from the opening of the novel where the protagonist is in Sri Lanka and gets his hands read. The famous soothsayer predicts the exact date of his death. At that time still 24 years away, the story picks up nine months before the deadline.
