APEX was created on the request of the Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing Club to create a yearbook celebrating club events throughout the region such as the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC) vintage category. Also, highlighting the vintage car collector scene throughout the country in features such as the Simoene Museum.
