Office of Career Services, Pittsburg State University
I work on campus in the Office of Career Services at Pittsburg State University. Aside from my daily activities, I'm fortunate enough to have the opportunity to design a bulk of the advertising material for Career Services-sponsored events. Because of the diverse needs for each event, I have had experience designing a number of different types of advertising materials, including posters, flyers, table numbers, table tents, and invitations. I have designed materials for events such as career days, etiquette dinners, and on-campus company interview days. Many events have multiple ways of advertising, so I always try to come up with designs that can be used several different ways. Designing for the Office of Career Services has really helped me gain a lot more design experience.
