Based from the character Ling Xiaoyu from Tekken. Her fighting style is fluid and lightning fast.

When it came to designing the "Bad Guy" I drew inspiration from Firelord Ozai, from Avatar: The last Airbender. He has wealth, prestiege and an undertone of simmering anger. He's also excessively strong. His costume is based from the bonus player Lars, in Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2.

Based from the character Nina Williams. She's filled with contempt and is a vicious fighter in the arena.
