An occupied section, showing the varied spaces on the street level, the primary structural system, and some of the outdoor spaces which bring some green back into this dense section of the city. This section also highlights the intriguing form which creates variation in the floors and hoists the bulk into the aerosphere, allowing the ground impact to be lessened and encouraging beautiful urban views from most rooms and common spaces.
