Battle Oxen is a 2D platformer shooting game where between 2 to 4 players collect ammo in the form of boxes and bombs in an effort to knock their opponents off the screen. The last player standing after the use of their 3 lives wins!

 

Battle Oxen was originally created for Imagine RIT - Rochester Institute of Technology's campus-wide event that showcases the innovative and creative spirit of RIT students, faculty and staff. 

 

All artwork you see below was created in less than 48 hours when a team participating in the event came to me in need of an artist. I did not come up with the game itself but rather designed the visual portrayal of "boxen" and decided what their respective colors and emotions should be.
