Arcade Shooter is a First-person Shooter designed to showcase Procedural Rhetoric in video games. The story is that a man's life slowly turns to shambles after the loss of his child and now he seeks to drown his sorrow in bright lights and music. One night the man is assualted by phantoms, and doesn't know what to do.

The rhetoric is thus, that trying to fight the things that cause you pain and suffering is a lost cause. Buddhist in nature, the message says that you must let go out your hate and pain, let it come in and accept it. This is shown by gameplay. When the player shoots a phantom, it multiplies and continues to chase him. Only by letting them come close and overhwlem him can he let go of the pain.
