Shakespearean Card Game

Inside there are three compartments: one for heroes/comedies, one for villains/tragedies, and one for special cards.
The rules fit on a fold-out sheet that is tucked into the velvet lining of the box.
Here are some of the physical printed cards, arranged as they would be in an ongoing game. In play, however, the hands would be concealed by the players.
A close-up of a hand of hero and comedy cards. This team consists of characters such as Prospero, and examples from plays such as King Lear and Much Ado About Nothing.
A close-up of a hand of villain and tragedy cards. This team has characters such as Iago, and includes plays such as Macbeth and A Midsummer Night's Dream.
A novelty card transforms Ariel from the Tempest into a pinecone.
A close-up of the literary terms cards. These are four classic Aristotelian terms used in plays, and they include both the definition of the terms and quotes serving as examples for the terms.
These are six cards from the heroes and comedies set. They include both actual characters and "spells," which reference certain parts of the play. For example, the "Pound of Flesh" from the Merchant of Venice verses the characters Beatrice and Benedick. The function of each card reflects the aspect of the play it references.
Six examples from the villains and tragedies set. Once more, both characters (such as Puck) and references (such as the "spot of blood") are included as playable cards. Each card contains pertinent quotes and functions.
Finally, this is simply the back of each card. It is the same on both sets.
