The pictures below show the process of doing the pattern work for the charity store founded in Edinburgh. It is a collabrative work  with a paper manufacture loacted in Nepal. The femal charcters were created based on the reference of the farmers from Nepal.  The sheep is obiously a represent of scotland. 

They use three color sceen printing to make the pattern, so I choose two colores and black. This hopefully leads to a extrotic feelig.
