The BID invited Undergraduate and graduate students of architecture to participate in an international competition that attempts to bring out innovative ideas to resolve problems such as poverty and abandonm of certain places in south america. The Competition wanted the 50 teams from all over south america to project innovative ways to build and design an old abandoned site of the city.
