Easter - Branding

Easter, Eggshell Fertilizer Paper
Shortlisted Final Round in FaceOff Competition by Antalis 2012

The Easter papers can be buried in the ground and decompose easily to be absorb by plants. It is being related to the Easter egg as it symbolise new life. A yellowish green has been chosen as the main colour as it represents rebirth, growth and nurture. A mixture of yellow reflects hope and positivity which given by the paper.

My concept for the corporate identity is using a set of animals illustration which are hatched from eggs to represent new life that brought by the paper. I illustrate a nest (which stands for nuturing, similar to the paper) with the company's name inside it, which represents the eggs in the nest.
Mailer

The purpose of the mailer is to show the paper samples and the example of printing method which can be apply on it. My concept is a birdhouse which include the sample of paper types in it. I apply bird illustrations on each paper type sample.
Promotional Item

This promotional item features 12 different paper types carried by Easter. It doubles as a story by using special printing effects. The story is about birth, growth and possibilities of life which relates to the brand's identity. The effects, for instance, perforation was being used as a net which captures the bird and die cut was being used as a key hole which can be see through. The folder is design as a bird cage which contains paper samples in the shape of egg.
