This weaving was inspired by the little medeival town of Lacoste, France. It includes natural and synthetic yarns, and all the blue yarn was hand dyed with a natural dye called Woad.

The yellow supplemetary warp was added in after it was taken off the loom.

This section was inspired by the roof shingles that topped every building.
