Service "Re-Design" project for Blueprinting Services that details modern day problems selling vacuums in a big box electronic retail setting. Based on contextual research in already existing settings such as these, my group and I set to re-invent a store concept that better bridges the gap between user and retailer.

 

"Tronics" is a big box retail electronics store that uses mobile and interactive technology to more efficiently serve customers in their shopping experience. My role in this project included contextual research, blueprinting, creating mock ups and wire frames for low-fidelity protoypes of the Tronics App, and storyboarding user scenerios.  

Storyboarding and screen mock ups for an application that could be used to facilitate the retail experience for users in an consumer electronics environment.

 

Based on the two larger user groups, storyboards and concept work were made for a typical young adult (Angela) and home care-taker (Margaret) personas.
