First idea. Fingers open and close one frame late from the previous one. Thinking of making her arm bones move with the finger movement.
Added a little spin at her hand to give it a little flair. Also animated the eyes, and simplified the bone structure of the arm.
Did some cleanup on the main body and the tweaking fingers. Animated the arm part when it twirls.
More cleanup on main body and other parts, and also animated the mouth. Also animated the eyebrows to fit her expression.
Adding colors now. Also put a sparkly star at the end to make happy feelings. (:
...and done! Made a little white outline around the character (that was a pain due to everything being drawn manually per frame), and a nice light-blue backdrop. Finished!
