Artist Statement
(Please see the complete handwritten bio at the end of the featured work)

I fashion art the way I do because I have an open mind and it's a way to express the way I feel. It's like talking without words. Salvidor Dali and Picasso are my idols. They were very good at inner expression. It's more of a spiritual thing, the expression.

I had no training. God taught me through prayer. I learned to draw when I was 14. I began engraving, oil painting, painting with lead-based enamel, and using ink and felt tip pens on stiff paperboard*. Been doing it for years.
