H.A.L.T.
A 7-part kit that targets shopaholics and helps them to form better habits. The name was inspired by an addict recovery program that discovered that addicts are weakest when hungry, angry, lonely, or tired. These feelings more often then not cause them to relapse.
PART ONE: SHOPPING BAG
This shopping bag eases the shopaholic by reminding them of how it feels to carry a bag. However there is a false bottom on the bag, which will prevent them from putting anything in the bag.
PART TWO: WELCOME ENVELOPE
This envelope contains a letter from H.A.L.T. that welcomes the shopaholic to the membership and gives a general overview of what is to be expected.
PART THREE: CREDIT CARD
This is a H.A.L.T. issued credit card. There are instructions inside to freeze all of your other cards and start using the H.A.L.T. credit card so that your spending can be monitored.
PART FOUR: FASHION DIARY
This fashion diary serves as a journal that can be used to  reflect and document things as a form of therapy.
PART FIVE: FRAME
This frame is to be used to document a most regretted purchase. It should be place somewhere as a constant reminder to stay on track.
PART SIX: STRESS BALLS
These stress balls can be used to calm your nerves during moments of frustration, anger, depression, etc. Research shows that many shopaholics shop during moments of emotional weakness
PART SEVEN: REWARD
As with every program, you need a reward at some point as something to work towards and celebrate progress. This reward is actually a gift card that has a negative balance, which happens to be the cost of the membership. It also further reminds the shopaholic that they should not be spending money.
