A street fight breaks out. 
 
Ronald Moss, owner of Moss' Convenience store a popular West End bar. There is nothing for sale in the convenience store other than alcohol.
On a Sunday afternoon two ministers walk into a apartment complex to talk to the men about the evils of alcohol while one man hides a beer behind his back.
Michael Bell is tearing down an abandoned house.  The city of New Iberia is trying to take down as many of these houses as possible but there are many legal obsticals to confiscating and tearing down someones property. 
 
Abandoned homes become a magnet  for drugs and crime and bring the value of other neighborhood homes down.
