The inspiration for this collection was the ocean and deep-sea creatures. The shape of jellyfish inspired the round silhouettes and tentacle-like fringe. The multiple layers of sheer are meant to give the appearance that the body is being submerged in water. I created patterns to simulate rippling water and waves. The ruffles remind me of the organic shapes of the coral reefs. Royal blue and teal coloring gives the collection an elegant feel.
