Summary:
These two projects are a result of collaboration between City of San Ramon, Contra Costa Community College District, and Private Developers. The 200,000 square foot “Village Center” consisting of College, Community Center, Library, and Child Development Center provide services to the residents of the largest in Contra Costa County housing development (11,000 new housing units). The architecture of the Center is meant to enrich the life of the local community while blending and complementing the character of the surrounding urban structures.
