io.js is a JavaScript platform built on Chrome's V8 runtime. The project began as a fork of Joyent's Node.js™ and is compatible with the npm ecosystem.

On the 5th of December 2014, I designed a logo for io.js which was later chosen to represent the project in various places. This logo was one of many ideas contributed on the github repo.
