These are flat birch tree cutout set pieces for Magic Flute for Glimmerglass Festival's 2015 season. they were done similiarly to the dimesional birch tree set pieces. We stared with a wood base, coated it with Jaxsan and strips of Ramboard, and then painted them by sponging and drybrushing  browns, greys, black and silver. Fellow Painters:  Stephanie Nimick, Christy Kneisel, Sasha Glinski, Sage Neighbors, and Melissa Davies.
